Field Theories through a Conformal Field Theory description defined on the Celestial Sphere. Our goal is to
introduce and discuss the concept of Celestial Sphere amplitudes and the role these are covering in
establishing flat space holography. We will begin by reviewing asymptotic symmetries in electrodynamics
and their connection with soft theorems, focusing in particular on the case of scalar QED. We will argue
how this can be naturally cast in two-dimensional Conformal Field Theory language, by introducing the
concept of Celestial sphere amplitudes. We will finally be able to explore some recent developments in the
field and discuss possible future directions.
